After several expensive quotes from other companies for new heating and air systems and things we didn't need, Jamie from Hospitality Heating and Air came and actually fixed our system for a very reasonable price. He was the only person who made an effort to repair and not just sell expensive equipment, and he said that we don't need a new system quite yet. After a few weeks of our house being cold, it is now very comfortable and we are thrilled. We now have time to save towards a new system and when we need it, we know exactly who to call! I don't even know where to begin… I guess I will start by saying that unfortunately my home insurance company sent this company to my house for AC repair. On April 15th I put in a work order because my AC system wasn't working and a tech from Hospitality came out to diagnose it. The diag came back and they stated they needed to replace a couple expensive parts and my insurance company wouldn't cover $4,000 of it. I called my home insurance and they verified that.. So I paid $4,000… I want to say I was robbed. The parts took over a month to come in and before they came in the tech that diagnosed the problem originally called me saying they needed another $2,000 and I felt like they were trying to up-sale me something so I asked them to take it up with the insurance company. Of course after that I didn’t hear anything else which makes me believe even more I was being scammed. The parts finally came in and the tech installed them May 23rd.
