Rudd Plumbing, Heating and Air

I have to say our tech. was great, (Ola) it was def. Quicker then I had expected due to the season of AC giving out so frequently in the hot weather but we had to pay for the service $855 before they would order the part and fix it even know we specified what was wrong before his first visit. The part was under warranty but the service charge was much greater than it has been in the past. Also the system was brand new less then 3 years ago and our 3rd issue. We have been loyal customers for 5-6 years. We paid it got it fixed then was going to be charged $172 or something near that to have him check the rest of the systems for more issues unless we bought a service plan. We were under the impression we paid this for the service charge of $855. Of course it’s hot we have 3 small children and need to keep them cool. Just seemed a bit to much when in the past a couple years ago these charges were not nearly as high. Especially since it had an issue 3 months prior and that tech said everyth

Our technician Shaun was super efficient and extremely respectful. I rated this five stars mainly based on his customer service. The company also was very responsive in getting a technician out to me in a timely manner.

Rudd earns an excellent rating each time! They came the same day I called even though my appt was the next day. They resolved the issue quickly. So happy Rudd is our AC/Heat and Plumbing company. They installed AC/Heat and Plumbing last year and not one problem. The problem today was a breaker issue which was truly not their issue.
