The entire experience from the kind lady in the office that set up my appointment (and easily assisted with a last minute reschedule) to Ola the technician that took his time explaining and fixing our issue. I have to say our tech. was great, (Ola) it was def. Quicker then I had expected due to the season of AC giving out so frequently in the hot weather but we had to pay for the service $855 before they would order the part and fix it even know we specified what was wrong before his first visit. The part was under warranty but the service charge was much greater than it has been in the past. Also the system was brand new less then 3 years ago and our 3rd issue. We have been loyal customers for 5-6 years. We paid it got it fixed then was going to be charged $172 or something near that to have him check the rest of the systems for more issues unless we bought a service plan. We were under the impression we paid this for the service charge of $855. Of course it’s hot we have 3 small children and need to keep them cool. Just seemed a bit to much when in the past a couple years ago these charges were not nearly as high. Especially since it had an issue 3 months prior and that tech said everyth

After a super stressful week of trying to get someone to fix an issue in a rental I have in West Ashley (I live in Michigan) Rudd Plumbing knocked it out of the park today. I called them first thing this morning and by 230 this afternoon it was all fixed. Super professional and timely, but what got to me was the fact they were kind. I felt they went over and above to do a great job. Jeremy Lindsay was so pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend.
