A-American Plumbing

I have used them twice! Both of the times or through my home warranty and I had zero problems. They came the very next day each time I called on them through my home warranty and both times they were very friendly. I will no longer be using them, which is unfortunate, I called them today because I know their work is good and I wanted to have a dishwasher installed. The lady that answered the phone told me they were booked for the next couple of days. So, of course, I asked what they have coming up in the future. She told me they didn't know and there was no way of telling. How is this possible?

Great service. Very attentive and nice. I’m baffled by the negative reviews for A-American. I can only guess that the customers were not very kind in the first place or were too demanding. When our water heater started leaking American Home Shield contacted A-American Plumbing. They were here the next day, filed with AHS and were ready to replace our heater very quickly. We asked for info on a tankless heater and they sent someone out to survey and speak with me. We had a quote the next day and though we decided not to go with it we appreciated their help. Our heater was replaced yesterday and works great. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and each plumber that came out in person was prompt, polite, and efficient. We are very happy with A-American and will likely use them in the future.

Our tankless hot water heater stopped heating the water. We put in a service request with American Home Shield. We were assigned to this company. Jeff came within the time scheduled and had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. He also showed us how to reset our water heater if it happened again. Quick, courteous, helpful and informative couldn't ask for more.
