Wesley, Heather and the whole PROS team have been great to work with! They are prompt, fairly priced and made sure I had a clear understanding of what was going on with my unit and the repairs needed to fix everything. They even brought me portable A/C units to keep me cool while I waited a few weeks for my parts to come in! That was much appreciated in this August heat! I’ve used Pros for several years. They are a highly reputable and honest company that consistently provides quality services at a reasonable price. Most recently, my heater broke and needed a part which wasn’t available locally which needed to be shipped in from Florida. As there was going to be a 3-day delay before my unit could be repaired, Pros called and offered to drop off a couple of portable heaters at no charge so I’d be comfortable in the interim. On the day the part was to arrive, I received a couple of updates as to when it would be delivered to the vendor and when Wesley (Pros owner and technician) would arrive to finish the repair. Words can’t describe how happy I was to feel warm air again coming through my vents. Thanks Pros and Wesley for a great job!

Our air conditioner went belly up in July 2019. I called Pros Heating & Air and they came out the same day, quoted me for a complete new system. I was not overly surprised at the price. Their technician was kind, friendly and hard working. He explained everything to us. We had to wait 3 days for all parts to come in so they hooked us up with a free window unit (which they did not have to do). The install took 4 hours and we were back on track. They worked with us on a flexible payment plan as well. Excellent job! I highly recommend them!!
