We had worked out a deal and had 13 customers in our neighborhood ready for them to come service our tankless water heaters on back to back days. 2 guys showed up at the first house on day one an hour late, then they acted like they had no idea what they were doing and made an excuse they needed another part for this type of heater. They were instructed to go to the next house on the list and come back to this one the next day once they had what they needed, but completely ghosted us. We called the office and were told a guy named Gary was finishing up a job in Charleston and would head to Summerville when he was done. We have called him and texted him with no reply here it is now 2:30pm and no one has shown up. We have contacted the main Avery’s Plumbing number and gotten the run around saying they were working on it and would get back to us, ghosted again, and we have been lied to during those multiple conversations. They are not owning up to the fact that they messed up and are not

We used them for a new sink and garbage disposal installation. He was on time (even though there had just been a storm that left us with no power… I called ahead and told him we didn't have power so he brought a portable generator!). The job was seamless.
