Hero Heating and Air is an outstanding company. Very easy to coordinate contract & schedule a service through the office. Our technician, AJ Ackerman was clearly a very competent professional, friendly and did a very thorough service.

I’ve been a customer of Hero Heating and Air for several years. They have always provided consistent and timely service, whether for routine semiannual maintenance or for complete system replacements. Technician Shawn H arrived on July 13 to perform service on the downstairs unit as it was no longer cooling. Replacement of a minor electrical component was the only repair needed for this system; however, Shawn detected a leak on the older upstairs unit limiting its cooling effectiveness. Due to its age, I decided to have the entire system replaced with a more efficient system. Technicians Charlie and Derek arrived on July 27 to replace the upstairs system. They worked diligently throughout the day to successfully complete this system replacement. I appreciated that the company provided Charlie and Derek additional support when they encountered other challenges associated with this effort. Both systems are now working as they should. Shawn H. was wonderful! He was on time, called me when he was 10 minutes out, and waited on me. Very professional, honest, polite, thorough and efficient. Took 60 photos of my 20 year old HVAC and explained anything he noticed that may be of concern but didn't try to push buying a new unit immediately which says a lot about his candidness.
