Hero Heating and Air is an outstanding company. Very easy to coordinate contract & schedule a service through the office. Our technician, AJ Ackerman was clearly a very competent professional, friendly and did a very thorough service.

These people are great. They responded to my call and scheduled service quickly. Before Kevin arrived, they sent me his picture and a little bit about him, so I would know who was at the door. And shortly after he arrived, he had figured out exactly what the problem was, and ordered equipment and a return call immediately.
