I have been using Olde Town Heat/Air for years. When we moved, we made sure to have them come out and look at everything with the HVAC at our new house. Brianna was very nice and diligent in working with our hectic schedule and made sure to remind us about our appointment. Curtis the tech was very personable and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain some things to me with our system. I highly recommend OTHA for their customer service and technicians.

We recently purchased a condo in Wild Dunes. The HVAC system quit working in the dead heat of July. We originally called the installer of the unit (installed 5 yrs ago) to come out. The guy was there for 5 hrs, charged the system, changed some rubber inserts in the valves, told us the 5 year old unit needed replaced and left us with a $800 invoice. The unit worked for about 8 hrs and went out again! We called back the next morning in which another tech came out. He told us it was the thermostat! Spent another $200 for the unit to not work properly! I was done! We then reached out to Olde Towne Heating and Air. Elizabeth got a tech (Jarant) out in a short time! She was very professional and efficient. Jarant was amazing.....Very knowledgeable! He was there for a short time and checked EVERYTHING on the unit from the inside out.
