Tammy was wonderful in discussing our options in choosing the best water heater for our home. A few days later, Jeremy came out to the house to do the installation. The technician Joel is a nice, friendly person, and he is very professional. Although the price of the ARS for refilling the coolant is quite pricey ( over $200 per lb), but it is after normal work hours, it is acceptable. Otherwise, what is else should I have? The diagnostic technician was prompt and very informative. I knew what the problem was and that I had to wait for the part to come in. I was not happy that such an important part went dead on a fairly new heat pump system.The scheduling I was told would happen--did not! No calls to inform me. I waited and waited; then I called; then I waited some more. Those that answered the phone were less than helpful with my frustrations. The tech that finally arrived went straight to work in high temps. He tells me I need a new UV light--I just paid for one a month ago. Not needed after all. Glad I finally got my statements for the last 3 years, so I could show him. Then he makes several mistakes with his machine and I had to show him what I really owed. Today, I open several emails; and, the figures are all over the place. Maybe, all the wrong calculations show up in the system. Once, again, I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. After all these years in business, shouldn't this all run a little smoother!! W
