Jason your technician was the key factor for me today. He was very precise in his evaluation and had explained in detail which allowed me to understand his findings. I had been made aware of these issues in the past so he seemed to follow on that but was much more precise and made the details easier to follow. He explained with the help ARS can provide and the options at a fair price my issues can be corrected. He didn’t hurry things along but did a thorough job of making it clear what my issues are and what’s the best way to solve them in an efficient way to correct them while being affordable at the same time. The programs ARS offers seem to be a good value, he explained in detail what the difference was between the two but made it clear it was my decision and I should read and compare and consider which one is the best for my situation. He was very professional and knowledgeable with a friendly way about him and followed the ARS conditions for customer satisfaction.

I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. We had a clog in our main line causing us to call ARS on a Sunday. We understood there would be some sort of convenience charge for the visit. When the technician showed up within the ridiculous time window of 12-5, he took 1 step inside our home, I tried to show him pictures of what was going on to his response of “I’ve seen this a hundred times.” He never once stepped foot inside our bathrooms to possibly diagnosis the problem. After walking to our white pipe at the end of the driveway, he was unable to get the cap off. He then came inside our home to give us an estimate cost of $687, without even a guarantee of actually fixing the problem. That cost was also NOT including the “service charge” of $99. This technician provided NO service to us whatsoever but still charged the $99 service fee for a service that was not provided.
