I came home from vacation to my ac not working, I called that night and they got someone out the next morning. Josh R. diagnosed the issue (a clogged line had triggered the safety shut off) got everything cleaned out and taken care of in about an hour. Prices were extremely reasonable considering this was an “emergency” call and they came out on a Sunday. I signed up for their maintenance plan (I had had the unit serviced just two months ago with a different company who clearly didn’t clean the lines). Very very happy to have a cool house again!! On Wednesday, August 9, 2023 ARS Rescue Rooter had sent a technician to check our air conditioning unit. We were having issues with cooling and over the previous years we have had the same problem. Over the past year refrigeration coolant had to be added. It was time to purchase a new unit. On Thursday, August 10, 2023, Mike Viele salesperson came to our residence. Mike explained our options and did a complete inspection with photos. My wife and I decided to have the Home Depot finance everything. This was a fast easy process and we selected the 2 ton, Carrier, 16 seer variable speed with the Nest Learning thermostat. Mike explained everything in full and was very professional. On Friday, August 11, 2023 the installer arrived on time and had the new unit completed by early afternoon. The installers explained everything in full about the new unit including the Nest Thermostat. I would like to thank ARS Rescue Rooter for their quick, reliable professional customer service. I
