Sometimes wonderful things happen by happenstance,, It was Christmas Eve day and unusually cold for South Carolina. My Brother in Law and Sister in law are new to there house in Conway and the house would not get warm. Due to the unusual cold and it being a Saturday and Christmas eve; many repair companies were not responding to telephone calls. I tried several and when I called Heat Pumps Plus, Darren himself answered. I explained our dilemna and that the residents were elderly and one was disabled. Darren said he had another service call but would be there in a couple of hours. We agreed and waited, but he called back a few minutes later and said his other call was unoccupied and he would come to us first. He checked all systems upon arrival and determined the thermostat was the issue.
