The plumbing technician, Samuel, was very thorough with his inspection. He explained everything he was doing and took time to answer any questions I had along the way and also informed me of the different products/services Swift provided. He provided me an estimate the very same day on the installation of a new water heater that I had been thinking about getting. He discussed the pros and cons of the different ones available on the market. I am on one of their maintenance plans and have used Swift Services for a few years now and have been pleased with their service.
Tony was fantastic. He not only fixed our new unit that was installed by another nearby competitor that did not stand behind the work. Tony went over and above giving us valuable information. Our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air, and it was 98F outside on a Sunday afternoon ,of course. We called Swift and Chris kept in touch with me by text and telephone to keep me updated. He arrived well within the time frame quoted by the dispatcher and figured out that it was the capacitor in a few minutes. He replaced the part, and our air was working again very quickly.
