Tony was fantastic. He not only fixed our new unit that was installed by another nearby competitor that did not stand behind the work. Tony went over and above giving us valuable information. Went with them because old owner had them install unit. Original tech said blower motor was dead, they would have to order the part under warranty, and that they’d contact me to set up an appointment to install once they have it. I called at the end of the first day and was told it was pending. Called on the second and was told it was pending. Called on the third and told it was pending—this was Friday, so I asked if they send people out on weekends or if parts department is open then so if they get it over the weekend they could schedule same day—the person I spoke to could not give me an answer. Finally called an AC company I usually use to see if they could get me the part under warranty and they told me the part was picked up on what was my second day of waiting—and it turns out to be a very common part. So I called Swift again and told them that I know they have the part, so please can we schedule a date to install—this time i’m told I *am* scheduled—but for two weeks out. This wa
