Devlin Plumbing Service

When my water heater went out and needed a replacement, I contacted 3 separate plumbing companies. 2 provided estimates by phone, but Devlin was the only one to come out and actually inspect it in person and provide me a detailed estimate. It was $200 less than the others. I called at 8:30am and spoke with the staff at Devlin. They were very polite and easy to work with. By noon, Preston showed up to inspect the unit and emailed me the estimate. I made a decision late that afternoon to go with Devlin and they set me up with an appointment very quickly the following morning. Preston showed up for the install right on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. In less than 2 hours, the work was complete and I had a brand new water heater. The expenses that they originally quoted were right on. In the past two separate times I needed work done, they sent John M. and he did an excellent job. He figured out the issues quickly and repaired what needed to be done. He is professional and honest. Then recently I called for my sister and they sent Preston, who my sister raved about. This company is excellent. They just know what they are doing, they’re fast and worth every dime. It’s nice to know that when you call Devlin, they get it right the first time!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Devlin. Our hot water heater went out and I checked reviews on Google and decided to call. Sharon in the office was extremely polite and friendly. She got someone out to us the same day. The person who came was John G and we hit the jackpot with him! John is nice, personable AND extremely knowledgeable about his work. Our job was tough due to an old installation that was not done correctly 10 years ago.John got us up to code and the hot water is flowing again! Someone else may have been able to do the job but the reason we will be calling Devlin again is because John made our bad situation seem like such a nice experience!!
