The technicians evaluated our 44+ year old Carrier heat pump which will not defrost. We were informed that parts are no longer available to repair our unit. Thank you for your help! Excellent service and installation. They even gave us portable a/c units to use until the new heat pump was installed. Everything was better than expected. I would definitely recommend them! My AC went out called they were out next morning. They had to submit a claim back to my home warranty company heard back the same day giving permission to fix it and couple hours later came back to take care of it and I had AC again.
