Beware Of Cool Ray I recently had a situation where my heat pump was not working on a Wednesday. I called Cool Ray. They sent someone out to investigate my problem. It was diagnosed as a failed blower. As the guy was figuring out how much it would cost me to replace the blower he mentioned, he doesn’t know if the motor was bad or not and would not know until he replaced the blower. He left and we were waiting on the new blower. I had called to check the status of the new blower but it was not in yet. On Friday I was told their supplier received their shipment about 2:00pm. Monday morning, they called about 8:00am and said they were coming to replace my blower. This meant they had the necessary material to fix my blower on Friday afternoon. Even though they offer Emergency Service they refused to come Friday and do the repairs. The weekend forecast was for nighttime temperatures to be in the mid to low 20 degrees. Great experience with them from the get-go! They came quickly when we moved into our home during the summer and the AC was not working.
