Outstanding experience!!! They're a small local business which is a big plus for me (love supporting small/local business), and they treat you like you would expect: neighbors. I had two quotes on replacing my units and the other one was outrageous. Georgia-Carolina came through with a great price, easy to work with schedule, and awesome customer service. They treated my home like it was theirs: swept up, fixed some duct after I had tried to rig it myself, and even filed all of the warranty paperwork for my new units. My parent’s air conditioning went out over the weekend and the house was in the low 90s. We thought we wouldn’t be able to have service until later in the week. But Rusty went OUT of his way to come help them!!! He practiced social distancing and was extremely respectful and kind! I’ll personally recommend and will contact him if I have any issues with my home or theirs again. We are new to the area and needed to have our HVAC sytem looked at, along with servicing. I called for an appt and was set-up immediately with a time that accommodated our schedule. No voice messages...no waiting for calls back, etc. The technician was Mike and he was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. Never once did we feel like we were being up-sold something we did not need. He made us aware of potential likely needs in the future, but in no-way made us feel like we had to spend more than necessary. Great service and very fair prices! Found our new HVAC provider.
