Outstanding experience!!! They're a small local business which is a big plus for me (love supporting small/local business), and they treat you like you would expect: neighbors. I had two quotes on replacing my units and the other one was outrageous. Georgia-Carolina came through with a great price, easy to work with schedule, and awesome customer service. Georgia-Carolina Heating & Air conditioning is great! They do regular preventive maintenance on my units and when I have a failure (it happens) they are very responsive. They always answer their phone, are very transparent with what the problem is and very fair pricing. I highly recommend them.

We are new to the area and needed to have our HVAC sytem looked at, along with servicing. I called for an appt and was set-up immediately with a time that accommodated our schedule. No voice messages...no waiting for calls back, etc. The technician was Mike and he was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. Never once did we feel like we were being up-sold something we did not need. He made us aware of potential likely needs in the future, but in no-way made us feel like we had to spend more than necessary. Great service and very fair prices! Found our new HVAC provider.
