We have been using Georgia-Carolina Heating & AC for about 25 years at our business. They were always prompt and thorough when we needed service. When we had a recent furnace failure at our home, they came out that day and diagnosed the problem. When we made the decision to replace our entire home system (unit and duct), Mike worked with us over many visits to really understand what we needed. They quoted a very fair price and installed what they quoted with quality and courtesy. We are very happy with the results. Their customer service is second to none. My parent’s air conditioning went out over the weekend and the house was in the low 90s. We thought we wouldn’t be able to have service until later in the week. But Rusty went OUT of his way to come help them!!! He practiced social distancing and was extremely respectful and kind! I’ll personally recommend and will contact him if I have any issues with my home or theirs again. Called late morning with AC completely out. We have a two year old and a newborn so we needed the air fixed fast. Mike came out and had us up and running by the afternoon. Very nice guy and great work. Would definitely recommend them.
