Polar Mech is a great company with excellent customer service. They offered me the lowest quote on the purchase and installation of a Rheem and still gave me all the guarantees that the higher priced companies offered. Polar then fixed an issue with my unit that wasn't covered for free. I'd recommend Polar Mech to my own mother.
