Ricks Painting and Repairs

We had a few weak floor boards due to a leaking washer. Richard did a multi-step process that included ensuring the washer doesn't leak anymore, replacing floors panels, added supporting joists and placed down some great contemporary vinyl. Great service and definitely not overpriced.

I was referred to Rick by a friend who had also had work done by Rick. I'm so glad I found him. I had him stop by my home so I could show him what I wanted to do. He left saying he'd give me a quote by email which he did in a timely fashion. The quote was reasonable so we set up a day for him to come out and do the job. He was on time and all jobs were completed to my satisfaction. Now that I've had a positive experience with him I'll be calling him again in the very near future to do other work around my home.

I hired Rick to paint interior of my house to get ready to rent and also floor repair and water heater repair. He did a good job with the water heater and flooring and even the painting. When I can to meet him to inspect his work and for payment I noticed he didn't paint the ceiling in one room and didn't finish unclogging the bathroom sink drain. He assured me it would get done and I trusted he would do the work so I paid him and drive back to Atlanta. Long story short he never came back to finish the job. Lesson learned if you got truck he will do a good job but don't pay him before all the work is fine. Rick, I had a lot more work I could have given you between the 3 properties I own in Augusta.
