AAA City Plumbing

Discovered a leak under the house, and after looking at several businesses online reviews, decided on AAA City Plumbing. Service was prompt and efficient. Our technician, Eric Lingerfelt, was professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything he was going to do to fix the leak. I would not hesitate to call AAA City Plumbing and request Eric again for any of our plumbing need.

Had outdoor hose bibs replaced in Nov 22 and there was a minor problem 6 months later. When I contacted them, a woman pulled up the record and was sincerely apologetic and in a hurry to fix the issue. Brian was dispatched 2 days later (the earliest convenient time for us). He showed up on time, was very polite, immediately stated that he would be taking care of the problem for no charge and got everything fixed faster than we imagined possible. I've now seen Jesse twice and what a great experience! He is patient, kind and a real professional. Jesse was here for me both times I called. Both times He showed up exactly when promised - both times the same day with in 30 minutes. He took care of the problem and explained what he was doing. He is a super professional plumber, with a good attitude. He was patient with me as I know nothing about plumbing and probably needed more explanation than most. BEST plumber I've ever had :)
