Found out my garbage disposal was leaking Friday late afternoon. Not an emergency and welcomed a call from the plumber Monday morning during normal hours. Not only did they call me right back, but scheduled me for Monday afternoon between 1 and 3 pm. When they called to confirm Monday morning, they asked if they could come EARLY!!! I’m… yes please! Instead of 1pm, he came at 9am. How great is that? Could not be more pleased with the service, reasonable price, flexibility and professionalism. After the installation was finished, he even took the time to provide recommendations on how to care for and prolong the life of the new disposal. New customer - now customer for life. I had a busted well bladder tank under the house; they identified the issue promptly, quoted within minutes and I was able to schedule the repair asap. Note I did get another quote from a different company who wanted to replumb the entire house! Precision didn't try to oversell me services. They made the repair and my issue is resolved.
