I called last minute for a kitchen faucet installation after having another contractor come by and quoting a ridiculous amount for a somewhat simple service. Precision Plumbing was able to get me in for an appointment within a few hours and the installation charge was fair. The crew showed up on time and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Precision Plumbing will be my go-to plumbing service in the future. Highly recommend!

Found out my garbage disposal was leaking Friday late afternoon. Not an emergency and welcomed a call from the plumber Monday morning during normal hours. Not only did they call me right back, but scheduled me for Monday afternoon between 1 and 3 pm. When they called to confirm Monday morning, they asked if they could come EARLY!!! I’m… yes please! Instead of 1pm, he came at 9am. How great is that? Could not be more pleased with the service, reasonable price, flexibility and professionalism. After the installation was finished, he even took the time to provide recommendations on how to care for and prolong the life of the new disposal. New customer - now customer for life.
