Our warranty company assigned Performance Heating and Air on 5/4 originally. The gentleman came out and said nothing was wrong. As the temperature in our house began to rise again, we had a recall issued on 5/10. We were told there would be a wait as our unit was still not completely out, and customers completely out of an ac would need to be serviced first. Understandable. We had been without a fully functioning ac over a month. After 6 weeks, we began calling performance as well as our warranty company. We could never reach performance. Instead, for weeks we’ve been told “please allow 24 hours for the contractor (Performance Heating and Air) to respond to us”. Now, after 7 weeks we’ve had zero form of communication. Our warranty company ended up sending our work order to a different provider. Now, we’re stuck having to start all over. I had extremely high hopes for this company as would anyone looking at their reviews. Here’s a different opinion, sadly.

This is a very professional AC company. The representative came out fixed the coil pack drain the unit replaced the freon and the price was very reasonable. He did this work within 24 hours. I highly recommend everyone to use this company because they are very efficient knowledgeable and on time

I am so happy that I chose Performance Air in Rock Hill SC. This was my first time using this company. I have been so disappointed with other companies service with the problem not being resolve that I decided to take a chance and use someone different. I am so glad I did!! My technician’s name is Christian. He was timely, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Unlike previous service technicians he invited me to be a part of the analysis. He explained everything to me along the way as to what the problem was with my AC unit. He even showed me the data on his tester and what the number meant . It was such a good experience.
