We had a great experience with Christian at Performance Air. He came out quick and diagnosed my original HVAC unit issue. First he let us know the best route and we didn’t listen at first. After spending money we shouldn’t have. I called him back about a half a year later if he would work with us on installing a whole new HVAC unit. We agreed on a price and he completed the job within 2 days. I would highly recommend and we would certainly use again. We are very grateful and appreciative. Absolutely professional and dedicated to their work. Consistently communicated with us throughout the process of replacing our compressor and air handler units and offered exceptional prices. We have used several contractors for repairs in the past but this company has been by far the best to work with. Our warranty company assigned Performance Heating and Air on 5/4 originally. The gentleman came out and said nothing was wrong. As the temperature in our house began to rise again, we had a recall issued on 5/10. We were told there would be a wait as our unit was still not completely out, and customers completely out of an ac would need to be serviced first. Understandable. We had been without a fully functioning ac over a month. After 6 weeks, we began calling performance as well as our warranty company. We could never reach performance. Instead, for weeks we’ve been told “please allow 24 hours for the contractor (Performance Heating and Air) to respond to us”. Now, after 7 weeks we’ve had zero form of communication. Our warranty company ended up sending our work order to a different provider. Now, we’re stuck having to start all over. I had extremely high hopes for this company as would anyone looking at their reviews. Here’s a different opinion, sadly.
