AVOID AT ALL COSTS – poor workmanship and non-existent customer service! I paid Tim in January to “repair” a leaking window, only to have it continue to leak and subsequently cause water damage and mold issues after some heavy rainstorms in the fall. The contract provided in January included a 2-year warranty on workmanship, but I was completely unable to reach him to discuss the issue and how to move forward. I left several voicemails and talked to the ladies who occasionally answered the phone (who admittedly were very apologetic), but I could not get Tim to call me back until after about three weeks when I left a heated voicemail saying that I would be involving a lawyer to take him to small claims court, since I now have to have the pay to have the window fixed again in addition to remediating the water/mold damage. He finally showed up the next day to look at the situation and said he’d be back that Friday, and then proceeded to not only not show up but also go back to being impos

I have done business with the owner of this company, he is a really nice guy. Highly suggest to give him a call for all your roofing needs.

We bought a house where the roof was to be replaced as a condition of closing. Unfortunately the previous owners used this “company” to do the work. 4 months after moving in we’ve had leaks in various places throughout the house. In some areas water was just pouring in. He came out once and looked at it, told us he had to get some tools and he would be back and we haven’t seen him since. That was months ago. He texted my wife back after she tried contacting him and he said he wasn’t coming back because she “looked down on him” while he was here. Use this company at your own peril because this guy is as shady as they get and the work performed will be shoddy at best. We hired a real roofer to come fix all of the garbage that this guy left behind. It’s cost us thousands... nothing that Tim and his crew did was completed according to industry standards.
