Frank was great! We were without heat these last couple of sub freezing nights but he came over, simply looked at the furnace, and it kicked on…this guy is GOOD! Seriously, it took him a minute to deduce the problem (frozen runoff pipe) and remedy it. Our heat is back to running perfectly! He also gave us some great advice on general maintenance tips, CO2 monitoring, and just a good guy to speak with. I strongly recommend Air Kool for your HVAC system and maintenance.
