Initially mis-diagnosed the problem and left without correcting the root cause. However, upon call back they did promptly return, diagnose, and correct the root problem without any additional charges. Everyone makes mistakes (myself included), but it's whether we fix them when given the opportunity. Bailey showed they stand behind their work and care enough to make the customer satisfied.

The sails person was great. I had my quote within hours. They were able to get my new units installed quickly. The install crew was courteous and professional. My husband is deployed and I am at home alone with our eight-month-old daughter. I noticed that my nest thermostat had tried for 15 hours today to get the upstairs cool for my daughter and I were out and about. I called Baileys’ Range play anticipating a 24 hour wait for assistance. Being that it was a Sunday night at 8 o’clock. Nope. Not with Bailey’s.
