Five years ago they did a full install. We noticed not long later one of our units struggled when it was VERY cold… we tried calling to get our unit serviced and 2 times they either cancelled or no showed. They never responded to the multiple phone messages I’ve left. Honestly time went by, we had a major septic flood and that directed our attention to more emergent issues. Now that those are resolved I reached out to Energy Shark AGAIN in hopes I’d get my unit service. Again I am left with no response. Another company was recommended to us… they came out next day. And told us we’re very blessed our house hasn’t burned down.
