From the almost immediate response to our inquiry, to the next day scheduling of the on-site review, the VERY competitive quote (compared to the three others received for the project), the fast procurement of the chosen equipment, and for the coup de grace, the highly experienced and skilled team that effected an exemplary installation- we cannot be more pleased with our decision to contract with Phil and his company to perform our two system HVAC replacement and conversion to dual fuel capability. It's rare these days to receive value in a transaction, but in this case we got all we bargained for, and more. These guy are amazing! Do not waste your time with companies like Waldrop unless you want to pay $630 for a$100 thermostat. Energy Shark went above and beyond for about $15,000 less.
