Rick knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable. Set the appointment late Sunday for Monday and he was right on time. Made sure my sewer line was clear before he left. Genuinely cares about doing the job right. The price was more than fair.
ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVERY EXPIERENCED!!!! I called for an urgent matter and they were extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. Said "no thank you" said the kind of business we do isn't something they're interested in (what a welcome to the community). I am not a business I called regarding an urgent leak. They are so rude, so disrespectful! If you don't want to fix a leak and that isn't the work you do then what do you do as a plumber. I would NEVER recommend this company. I would give it ZERO stars if I could or negative. If you want to be disrespected and and bullied over the phone then this is your place. Other than that they are AWFUL ! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I did call back & asked to speak with the owner (in hopes to get this figured out) the response was "about what" I asked for the owner again he said "k" I said "k what? can I please speak with the owner" he said "I am the owner what's up" continued to be wildly rude so I hung-up. Had a sewer line back up due to tree roots in main drain line. Called larger company that ran a snake down the line and after about 15 minutes said they would need to run camera. Ran camera and told me that I would have to dig up pipe to fix. After that company gave me an astronomical quote I decided to give clearing the drain one more try. Call Ricks and Adam was able to come out the same day. He used multiple cutters as well as an inflatable bladder (this was not an easy clog to open), and after about 1.5 hours with the last 30 minutes being in the rain he was able to get the roots out and open the drain. Adam could have easily walked away after the first couple tries but he did not give up until the clog was gone. Not to mention he charged me about 1/3 of what the company that did not fix the issue charged. Would highly recommend for any sewer line issues. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Sewer repair
