I had them install a water softener and they did a great job. Walked me through the process, why they suggested a certain water softener and ensured I was comfortable with the planned install process. They have completed a couple of jobs at my house other than today fixing my faucets for my washing machine, they have replaced my water heater and fixed a leaky pipe under my sink. They are always prompt and the best plumbers I have ever worked with. Can’t say enough great things about them. Anyone that asks about a plumber I always refer them to CB Smith Plumbing. I thought I had a leak about a month ago and they were booked solid but they still were going to make a point to come look at my issue.
