Was told 49 bucks a visit for minor issues. He spent exactly 6 min. He said 165. I informed him I was told 49. Then he changed to 145. I don't mind paying if informed up front clearly. It seemed very arbitrary which is not fair I felt. He did fix the problem fine. Thanks for that.
We had a home inspection as we are in the process of selling our home and had some serious plumbing issues that needed to be fixed in a certain time frame.Terry is very professional! He was early coming out to give us a quote and right on time for the job. He goes through everything detailed and made sure I understood what our issues were and how he was going to fix it. I'm glad we got a second opinion, ADW saved us $1,100 and did the job in less time too! We couldn't be more pleased with the service. Terry also tells little funny family stories. Our tech came out on a Saturday and had our leak fixed in less than an hour for under $100. He even helped us lift and replace the lid from our well house. We were very happy with the service!
