I feel that ADW walks on that water they save you from standing in. I call, they are either there the next day or a few days later. In trying to renovate my Mom's house, out of all the contractors, that were hired, ADW were the only ones that showed up when they said they would and did the job correctly. Wes and Lewis got to know the house really well. Replumbed the whole house removing galvanized pipe installed in 1959, installed a new sewer line that went across the road and behind the house across the street, installed a new faucet and dishwasher, and having to make extra trips because another contractor didn't do their job fast enough. The other contractors did good work but we had to wait months. I can say that unless ADW goes away, they will be the only ones to do any of my plumbing issues. Our tech came out on a Saturday and had our leak fixed in less than an hour for under $100. He even helped us lift and replace the lid from our well house. We were very happy with the service!

I called, scheduled a service. They arrived on time, pointed out the problem and explained how I could fix it. They charged for the call which was expected but we didn't have pay anything else. Subsequently, a short trip to Lowe's and a part was all I needed. Good service.
