Operation Drains-The Upstate

I have used Operation Drains three times for different fixes. All three times the job was done quickly at a reasonable price. I haven't seen the same people twice and every one of them was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Last night Keith and Josh unplugged a badly clogged main/two inch drain in about 30 minutes. They were careful not to let my dog out of the back yard and they cleaned up beautifully afterward. I highly recommend Operation Drains. Don't even bother with any other company.

Had a busted pipe and they where here within an hour and had it fixed soon after. After 4:30pm adds a $95 after hours charge but it was worth it. They were the only people I found that didn't tell they could make it in a few weeks.

A guest flushed wet wipes down the toilet which caused a clogged drain that wasn’t evident until the next day. We called several companies and had one come out, they said it was fixed but 6 days later we had signs of a clogged drain. This time we decided to call Operation Drains to fix it. They had someone out to the house pretty quickly and they were able to fix it! They used a bigger line and sent it down the toilet drain instead of the bathtub overflow drain, they checked it multiple times with a camera and with flushing the toilet and running water in the bathtub to confirm it was clear. They were more reasonably priced and took their time explaining things, didn’t mind questions at all and seemed to be more thorough than the first company that came out. Hopefully we won’t need these kinds of services again but if we do then we will definitely be calling Operation Drains first! Service: Drain cleaning
