I called Arctic air cause my system stopped working. Made an appointment and Troy the technician came out sooner than expected. He replaced the part and got system up and running same day. I would recommend Arctic Air to anyone needing service or a new system Service: HVAC system repair

We have used Arctic Air a few times and they keep impressing us each time. We have had maintenance, simple services, and now a complete new system put in. Each time Arctic Air has made us very happy. They did a great job keeping our old system up and running until it was time to replace it. The employees that come out are always professional, courteous and straightforward. Michael made sure we knew what was going to happen in every detail so we would not have any questions. He made sure to check in on us a few times to make sure everything met our expectations and to ensure we didn't have any questions or concerns. From a customer service standpoint, you will not find anyone better in the business. The technicians that came out, Michael, Evan and Mike were on time, clean, professional and knowledgeable. I will not use any other HVAC company as long as I live in Arctic Air's service area. 10/10, I cannot recommend them enough.

Had Artic Air service the HVAC system they installed several years ago. Michael was on time and extremely friendly.
