I just had a Mitsubishi mini split installed in my sunroom. Alan was awesome to deal with! We just received the BEST Customer Service EVER with Brady Heating & Air. On Monday morning we called a Heating/Air company to have them come check our broken AC system, the earliest they could come would be Wednesday afternoon (we had no AC during this time) so I looked for another company to see if they could come sooner. Brady Heating & Air said they could come and they were at our house at 11 am (the same day I called)! Amazing. They have 5 Stars reviews and now we know why, they are truly amazing!! Allen was exceptional, very knowledgeable and very nice. He texted to let me know when to expect him and he was on time. It was the absolute best AC service we've had in our 30 years in Charleston!! I called Allen late Tuesday night because I had an issue. He texted me back and said he would be able to fit me in on Wednesday. He kept his promise and was there Wednesday to make the repairs keeping my family comfortable. That is real customer service and that’s what Brady Heating and Air is all about.
