I have had more than one occasion to interact with Mike Platt on a personal basis, He was thoughtful, compassionate and helpful. He took time to consider my concerns and needs and helped in ways no one else could. He is a good man.
Mike Platt is a despicable human being. He is taking advantage of a deceased military member and his wife.
Great company. We have used their services twice. Once in 2019 for our AC and today for our heat. Both times they diagnosed and completed the needed repairs quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable price. We will definitely use them for any and all future HVAC needs.
