Called in for a clean out. I was very happy with their speed, service, and the plumber's level of communication

Found out we had a gas leak under fire place, called dominion and they cut gas off. They then “recommended “ this company . So I called this company and they said oh no you have a gas leak we will have someone out immediately… hang up the phone and call my spouse to explain someone will be there at some point today…. They got to the house and within a few minutes found out the issue. “Control Valve” on the fire place. The gentleman said we will order the part. So I get a call 4 days later about an invoice. One I was never given any prices at all on the phone or in person. So I called and Waited on hold for 20 minutes after a woman told me she was looking for answers. I hung up and finally got a call back 3-4 hours after. She said the first trip was 125 dollar charge. Nobody every mentioned this item, 2nd she said to have the part replaced it’s 500, plus someone to come out is another 200. I found all these prices out after the matter. We do not recommend this company nor will we be ass

Guy answered the phone with an attitude. Felt like I was a bother even calling. Asked me to send photos and then never heard from again. Called Meetze and they were very polite and did what they said they were going to do. Do yourself a favor and call people who are courteous and responsive.
