Have always found employees at Mac Heat & Air friendly & professional. I found them to be honest & capable. They serviced my 2 units in my last home & just finished inspecting a home I have under contract to purchase. They have been a pleasure to work with. Service: HVAC system maintenance
We called them Friday. Our heat pump went out during the cold front. They came out within minutes. (We live fairly close.) Saw that the motor was the issue. Offered us heaters for the inconvenience. (Sadly, couldn’t get the part that day.) They called us Monday to let us know they still weren’t able to get the part but would try again Tuesday. Tuesday came around & they called saying they had the part. Came out that afternoon to put it in for us! Super reliable people. Very good with communication. Service: Heating system repair
