Called Option One first and their pricing was completely unreasonable. Something told me to get another quote. So glad I found Shaks. Not only did he do the necessary repairs he also recognized that some of the "recommended" repairs the Option One recommended were completely unnecessary. Stay away from those guys. If you need plumbing repair/service and want someone honest, professional, and fair I highly recommend Shak's Plumbing.

Shak’s saved the day! We were desperate and left without water by Option One plumbing who came out and attempted to rip us off with requests for repairs not needed for nine thousand dollars. They left us with disconnected electrical and a wall ripped open and the toilet removed in our guest house which will still cost me $1000 to repair. We called Skak’s who responded very quickly and did an honest repair for under $300. He was very knowledgeable and said “ if it’s not broke don’t fix it” when I coaxed him if he should do additional work. I would highly recommend him and assure you can put your trust in him in any emergency situation. Praise God He send this angel to our home in our time of need. He was truly answered prayer.
