It’s been a very long time! Actually a month and a half with back and forth issues with the home warranty company however Subcooling came and delivered. We’ve been communicating since July 20, 2023 and FINALLY! I have air!

Loved that Gary called & let me know of his whereabouts & when to expect him. He answered all of my questions on our 2nd air conditioner with no problems. Explained the process & was very thorough while doing the job. Gary was the second technician to come out, as we had Danny come out the week before to work & service our 1st air conditioner. Both technicians were very pleasant & very polite. Service: A/C system maintenance

We've had two wonderful experiences with Subcooling! Our home warranty first assigned them to us for a dishwasher repair (that turned inro a replacement) and again 7 months later for an AC repair (that turned into a replacement as well). They were such a pleasure to work with. The techs were all great and highly communicative and professional. Our home warranty dragged their feet more than once and the folks at Subcooling graciously handled all my phone calls laced with impatience trying to get information. We will definitely be using them again in the future even for needs outside of home warranty repairs!
