They helped me going through a painful process with the warranty company. Their tech (William L) was super efficient to diagnose and repair the hvac without all the BS that another company (conway) gave me. Conway wanted to sell a full new hvac with the excuse that it was too expensive to repair mine just for their own benefit of higher sales. Service: Repair HVAC
Sub Cool Services provided professional service. They determined I needed a new a/c unit. As soon as the equipment arrived they installed it. The installers were efficient and courteous. It’s been a very long time! Actually a month and a half with back and forth issues with the home warranty company however Subcooling came and delivered. We’ve been communicating since July 20, 2023 and FINALLY! I have air!
