Had a new roof put on by them in 2020 with no problems. Jump to this month I have a leak and have had an awful experience with them. Poor communication skills and attitude. I ended up having to go with another company (even though my roof was under warranty with them) because they totally wrote me off and was not willing to fix my leak! Service: Roof installation

ProStar Roofing was prompt, professional and responsive after contacting them. After the initial inspection and contract details were finalized, the crew arrived on the scheduled date and began work. At the end of the day when I arrived home from work, roofing had been completed and materials cleaned. Work done was of excellent quality and my previous issues with the roof a thing of the past. I would give them 10 stars if possible. The professional, timely, and respectful service cannot be matched. Misty was very informed, detail oriented and as professional as they come. Brent was a great representative that came to my house. The crew that roofed my house were incredible to say the least. My new roof is beautiful!. I strongly recommend Pro Star.
