I have used Comfort Dynamics for many years and highly recommend them. We use them on our own personal house and the rentals I used to manage. Blair makes sure that all of the houses get there preventative maintenance scheduled. The owner of the company James, makes sure that his technicians take classes every year to be educated in the newest technology. James will be upfront with you and give you his opinion and pricing, but also give you other options. You won’t be disappointed!
Comfort Dynamics installed a ductless mini-split for us. The estimate and installation team was courteous, respectful, and efficient. They wore masks, feet coverings, and even laid down their own protective floor covering to protect our home during the project, which took about 4 hours.
