I take responsibility for not asking estimate on a straight forward connections. Not criticizing the work. That was all professional. Where I have an issue with is the hourly rate. $300.00 an hour plus $89.00 service call charge. That was for 3 connections, one was running a wire from one outlet to the new one 3 feet away. The other was basically wired wired with a few corections. The only supplies were the one regular outlet and a box($8 worth of materials). All wire was in place or utilized from my stash. Again, job done right, but the exorbitant charges for 1.25 hours easy labor. I trusted a fair price for time but this was beyond going rates that I have heard about. I doubt you will respond with some sort of explanation.

We wanted three new smart switches to control exterior lighting. We bought the switches but when I opened up the existing switches there were no ground wires. Above and beyond fished out the necessary wiring and installed the switches. They also diagnosed the issue with a flashing under cabinet light and installed a new one.
