Came to my house after messaging me multiple time updates on my cell phone. But when he got here he did not try to call or text me. Instead he rang my door bell (which does not work). Then he left. I have 4 children, one is only 3 months old. It is freezing and he said he can't turn around because he is in a rush. Service: HVAC system maintenance
Very unprofessional. They text you one thing, but then the techs will tell you another. They were 30 minutes late and I had to cancel/reschedule. They chose a new time, then text me to tell me they weren’t coming. Then text again at MIDNIGHT saying they were actually coming. The communication is horrible and the timing is inappropriate for any “professional” business.
