I can’t speak highly enough of B&A, anytime I have called the office staff, Robin, has been very helpful, pleasant, and professional. In addition to the office support, the owners understand what customer service is; all the way from themselves to to team showing up right on time with a courtesy call. Most importantly…the level of attention to detail from the initial visit to clean up is top of the line. After the crew left, I started to crawl into the same places most wouldn’t and the connections were perfect and couldn’t be happier. Lastly when looking for a contractor or HVAC specialist, honesty is a difficult trait to find. Austin was extremely helpful in addressing the initial call and made mention of the condition of my system was good. There are some items that “could” need to be addressed down the road. I appreciate the honesty of the could vs should need to be replaced/repaired. I will not call anyone else for my family’s HVAC needs. Neither should you. Thanks to Robin, Austin
