We are new homeowners and we knew we needed a new roof from the beginning. Our Roof Education Specialist, Andrew Itnyre, not only walked through the whole process, but was also a point of contact during the replacement. This was very valuable to me because we were unable to be at home that day. Despite the crazy hot Memphis weather at the time and the fact that our old roof had four (that's right, four) layers of shingles, the Master's crew completely replaced our roof in one day which was a huge win for us. Their high-quality materials and workmanship gave me piece of mind from completely replacing the flashing around the chimney and resealing that area to ensuring the roof was ready to add gutters. I was in need of a new roof due to hail and wind damage and I am very pleased with Masters Roofing. Masters Roofing is a VERY professional and efficient company! They were responsive from initial contact until the completion of our roof!
