I cannot say enough good things about Alan Montgomery and his Team! I don't even live in Memphis any more, but I have had need of his services on 4 different occasions while visiting family here in the Memphis area over the last 4 years. Every time, he has been prompt, thorough, courteous, honest, and gone out of his way to resolve each problem as efficiently as possible. And that includes repairing a furnace in the middle of a Memphis January cold spell for my Aunt, and repairing my dad's and my in-laws' ACs in the middle of the hot, humid summer. He is truly a lifesaver! In a world where you can't trust many companies to do a quality, honest job, you CAN trust and rely on Alan Montgomery and his Team!
