very disappointed with service. was 2 days late coming to do estihe nev mate. he does not answer his phoneor return messages. they have been installing our unit fir 8 days and still not finished and this is a simple 900 sqft house

Mark Conner came exactly when he said he would (on a Saturday!), fixed our broken down heat pump very quickly, and charged what I thought was a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Service: A/C system repair

I would absolutely recommend Mark Conner Heating & Air Condition. I came home yesterday evening to an 80 degree home with two small babies--no fun! I called Mark the next morning and he was able to work me into his afternoon. He showed up within the time frame he told me, diagnosed the issue within minuets, had the parts to repair with him and had our air back up an running within an hour. I asked several questions about ongoing maintenance need and Mark was very honestly told me what was necessary and what was more or less a waist of money. Fair price. Great work. Thank you Mark!
