Would highly recommend Mr Rooter for 2 reasons. Transparency and integrity!!! When I told them about my situation they took the time to listen and were transparent. They gave me several options and let me decide what worked with my budget. Secondly, To me the measure of any contractor or service industry company is doing what’s right when things don’t go smooth. When a complication happened they MADE IT RIGHT! To me that’s the biggest part of why I would recommend Mr Rooter. When a past septic pumping had broken a pipe, the repair was crazy! Didn’t find out until now, but our repairman worked hard and showed us what had happened. Showed us what was going to have to happen. Now all of it works just great and we appreciative. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Service: Sewer repair
