Patriot Services- Plumbing & HVAC Contractor

We have been using Patriot for HVAC & Plumbing maintenance for 5 years and they are always responsive when we have an issue. This time, the air went out during the extremely hot temps, and Zach got here quickly and was able to correct the problem right away. We're grateful for their service. Service: HVAC system repair

Please do not use Patriot Services if you have a commercial building. They like to take the easy way out. I had a brand new unit that needed some attention. They suggested that I need freon add at least three different times. When the HVAC slowed down again, then they suggested that I had a leak but could not find the leak at all. At no time did that even tell me that they never looked at the coils in the ceiling to help diagnosis any additional problems. Now I will be spending an additional $5,600 to get my unit working properly. Of course that doesn't include the money for the freon that I have already paid them. If you are a business owner then find another HVAC company to pay because you business is too important to leave to a company that likes to take the easy way out.

I called Patriot Services about a suspected leak from my water heater. Pallas Hall and Bobbi arrived on time and were very knowledgeable about the problem. They had it fixed in a short amount of time and left no mess. Pallas and Bobbi were both personable, professional, and courteous. Thank you both! We will be using them again and referring to all that ask!
