Aronnwas out to my house within 2 hours of the time I called for service on my air conditioning. He is professional and knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner. I have used Scenic City in the past with the same excellent service and will use them again. Service: A/C system maintenance
Scenic City was very professional and quick to respond to my call for help. I called after 9 pm and had a technician (Anthony Pinion) working on my issue by 1:15 pm the next day. The AC service was great but the representatives that took my information on the first request for help to my follow-up call, took great care making sure all my contact information was correct. No contact information gives no service, all contact with me was done with an attitude of "how many I help you" Above average service seems to be a given from Scenic City Heating and AC employees, I be be using them in the future.
I a problem with my drain pan filling up with water and cutting the A/C off for years. My tech figured out there was a bigger problem that was causing this to happen. To fix the issue he had to order a part that would not arrive for about a week. Erin went to the company offices and got me a portable A/C unit before he went to his next job. Then when the part came in he worked for hours installing it even during periods of rain. This was a first class job done by a professional. I will definitely use Scenic city in the future
