Scenic City was very professional and quick to respond to my call for help. I called after 9 pm and had a technician (Anthony Pinion) working on my issue by 1:15 pm the next day. The AC service was great but the representatives that took my information on the first request for help to my follow-up call, took great care making sure all my contact information was correct. No contact information gives no service, all contact with me was done with an attitude of "how many I help you" Above average service seems to be a given from Scenic City Heating and AC employees, I be be using them in the future.

Technician, Ryan Hargrave came to repair my A/C unit, he was very thorough but unit may have to be replaced. He made temporary repair until I can work with Scenic City to buy new unit.
