Service was professional and quick. Leak detection was right on the spot. Reasonable rates. The leak repair under driveway done with very small hole and patch looks great. Very happy, will hire again for future needs!

Very nice people but it's a rip off. The technician who came out was friendly and professional. It's my fault, I should have read the fine print better before I let them do the work. I had a pipe burst under my driveway. They said they were guaranteed to be within the outline they put on my driveway. When they were six feet off and I called them to get a refund. They said they couldn't give me a refund that I should have called them out to relocate the leak. Of course this is after the plumbers had already dug up my concrete. I don't see the sense of calling them out when the concrete's already busted up. So I lost $325 to Bullseye and had to pay extra for my concrete repair since the whole was double the size.

The young man was early, and he it took him only 8 minutes to detect the leak. He was extremely patient, and he took his time explaining to me what he does and how he finds the leak. This company was actually booked up until the end of the week, but a young lady called me back, stating she had a cancelation. She didn't have to do that, but she did. This company deserves a 5 star.
