BullsEye Plumbing and Leak Detection

Would absolutely NOT recommend this company. They marked an area about 4ftx4ft which is their best "assumption" of where the leak was and then only to find out that it was 2feet outside of that area. It cost me a heck of a lot more money because that was more concrete that had to be removed then replaced. When I called about their warranty they said that the only way the give you your money back is if they were 4 feet off their marking. I don't understand how they can really give themselves about 8 feet of guessing where the leak is! Service: Plumbing leak detection

I really don't think it deserves a star at all but I have to give it one to be able to post. Ad says 24/7 so I called Sat. to set up an appt for the next week. No one answered. Ad gives a number to text so I did, someone called me back and said guy from original number would be calling me shortly. Shortly turned out to be 9:00 a.m. Sunday morning when I was not available so I returned the call that afternoon. He did not answer once again and I have still not heard from him! AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION responded right away and my leak test is now done.

Brian was on time, professional and efficient. He found where our foundation issues were coming from almost immediately. He went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed to move forward from this disaster we stepped into. We were extremely impressed and will refer this company to anyone and everyone!
