My Town Roofing

I recently purchased a house knowing that the roof needed to be repaired or replaced. Before closing I called a few different roofing companies to provide their assessment of the roof. Ultimately I decided to go with David Gross at My Town Roofing. His price was extremely fair, he was prompt and his assessment was well documented with pictures as to key areas that needed attention along with the 2 options I asked for, repair vs replace. Throughout the entire process, from the first meeting to the final debris picked up from the yard, David kept me up to speed with the progress. He sent pictures showing the protection of the windows and screens. He sent pictures of the roof where wood rot was, it being removed and where new wood was put in it's place. He sent pictures showing his attention to detail where he covered the AC units. He sent pictures showing where he put a temporary flashing piece until a custom cut flashing could arrive. A home inspector friend recommended My Town Roofing, and I am SO glad he did! From the beginning, the company has been quick and responsive to our questions. We had damage from a tree limb and Major, our project manager, made sure to be on site when the insurance adjustor was present to make sure all damages were accounted for. The crew turned up on time, worked tirelessly in the extreme Memphis heat, and did a spectacular job with clean up. Our roof looks great, and we are very thankful to Major and the rest of the My Town team for all their hard work and assistance. Highly recommend!
