The Customer Service of everyone is Awesome-- from start to finish…I loved their promptness and professionalism… from the salesmen who initially came out and throughly discussed the types of shingles available and who provided the detailed estimates - to the very friendly and warm office staff who provided A1 customer service regarding my shingles, service, and installation—-everyone was exceptionally professional but very friendly and cordial- and to the outstanding shingles installers- they were all great!!! In conclusion, (the best part) THE ROOF LOOKS AMAZING WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL SHINGLES CHOSEN BY MY HUSBAND AND I…all of our neighbors are complimenting the quality workmanship and installation. This company was so awesome with doing my grandmothers job, that we decided to have them complete my mothers all in one month. I can definitely tell you that I will be using them to replace my roof. I am very happy with the service I received. With all the roof damage around the area after some severe storms in the area, I was kept informed of status of my roof with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend them, the work was done beautifully and the cleanup was prompt and done with care.
