Positive: I had previous leak issues in the "dead valleys" on my roof due to ice dams. Since my new roof was only 6 years old, Dustin, Alex and I felt it was probably from a flash issue where the brick and roof line meet. Rather than wait and get other quotes, Alex went up on the roof and re-caulked the sheet metal flash on the spot, and for a reasonable price. I really appreciate their knowledge and determination to fix my problem. These guys are professional and really easy to work with. They will be my first call if I have another roof issue.
