On May 12, Brian came for a scheduled maintenance visit. I want you to know how impressed I was with him. Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable, he was courteous and kind. He took his time, did a great job, explained what he was doing and never complained about being in my attic with 97 degree temperature. I would recommend him to everyone. For a company that has a dedicated line, for home owners that had their system installed by Cordova Heating and Air, they sure don't seem very responsive. - first, they didn't charge our outside units with freon before moving in, just over a year later our down stairs unit isn't working and it's been radio silence from them since yesterday . . . . . way too many problems to be having with a brand new HVAC unit install. UPDATE - even better than "we aren't going to get back to you on our emergency number" is that they don't guarantee their work (parts and labor) beyond a year. "We can set you up for a service call, but not today" (when the system they installed is just over a year old - and not working) . . . . . I'd not bother with these people.
